The Leadership & Entrepreneurship Enrichment Program (LEEP) is a youth-focused initiative of Mission Better Tomorrow (MBT) designed to shift the mindset
of young individuals towards an entrepreneurial perspective.

In a world where entrepreneurs influence global dynamics, promoting an entrepreneurial mindset in young people is essential for accelerating innovation, job creation, and social and economic development.

LEEP 2024

"LEEP 2024” is a collaborative initiative with EY Global Delivery Services (EY GDS), one of the world's leading consulting firms, as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility.

In 2024, LEEP targets 2000 students between the ages of 17 and 22 and aims to educate and train a selected group of participants from different districts of Kerala through an organised course module and a committed resource team from EY GDS.

Incentives and Takeaways

Comprehensive Training Overview

  • Only 2000 students will be able to participate in the training program.
  • The training will be held in sifferent centers spread throughout the three regions of Kerala (Calicut, Ernakulam, and Kottayam).
  • The programme is designed to have 32 hours of physical sessions and 16 hours of online sessions.
  • The domains of the training are,
    1. Igniting Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ignition hub.
    2. Possibilities of Cyberspace for scalability: Cyber horizon.
    3. Being part of a sustainable planet: Green sphere.
    4. Discover the entrepreneur in you: ED Hub.

Outcome

  • Build an entrepreneurial mindset and instill ethical values in young individuals.
  • Transform the mindset from employee to employer mindset.

How to register

  • The candidates must register online to participate in the LEEP 2024 training. The selected 2000students will be allocated to the relevant centres in each region depending on their preferences (The selection process will be based on predefined criteria).
