Capabilities Exploration and Enhancement Programme (CEEP)

Capabilities Exploration and Enhancement Programme is implemented with the goal of spotting potential talents from resource limited families, empower them to dream big, enhance their potential and expose them to the myriad of possibilities they can think ahead in life and career. CEEP is a flagship two-year programme where children are guided in a systematic manner to open their horizons. Selected volunteers are groomed to serve as teachers and facilitators to help children develop life skills, language skills and logical and reasoning skills.

Health Care Assistant Programme

Health Care Assistant Programme is a curriculum-based training, assessment and certification which can help create a group of professionally trained healthcare assistants who can deliver quality care to the target group. This is meant to create an army of professionally trained people who can provide home care for bed-ridden patients at their own homes. This programme works in two ways. First, it ensures professionally trained personnel to support people have a dignified end of life phase. Second, this assures a dignified and secure job situation for those who are engaged as Health Care Assistant.

1000 Leaders Programme

This programme aims to train a pool of societal leaders to strengthen Mission Better Tomorrow's interventions among adolescents. This programme is aimed at further building the capacity of the identified leaders and hand holding them to improve the efficiency of the existing programs and implement various new initiatives. It will be a one-year fellowship programme consisting of common training, field training, and a final project.

Capable and Compassionate Change Leaders in Government (CCLIG)

Capable and Compassionate Change Leaders in Government (CCLIG) is about providing the necessary academic support, mentorship, and skills training for individuals aspiring to join the All-India services and Central services. The programme also aims to support public servants who wish to lead changemaking initiatives in society. The ultimate aim of the project is to create compassionate and capable leaders who can lead social change. This works through the inculcation of constitutional values, compassionate thought and scientific temper. .

Tribal Empowerment Programme

This is a social intervention made in the much-needed tribal sector, with emphasis on children and their academic pursuits. As a pilot programme, Mission Better Tomorrow has entered into an agreement with Noolpuzha Panchayat in Wayanad district, which has the second largest tribal population. In the first phase, 20 children who have completed school education are provided guidance and support to pursue higher education. Campaigns are currently on to identify and support the innate talents of tribal children in the panchayat and to inculcate a scientific temper and an affinity for science and technology in them.
