CAPABILITY EXPLORATION AND ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMME (CEEP)
Capability Exploration and Enhancement Programme (CEEP) seeks to build a learning environment for students that will empower and shape a future generation of leaders. CEEP is envisioned to identify children with a definite flicker, enable them to explore their latent potential, strengthen them, and thereby transform such children into impactful change leaders. It acts as an incubation centre to identify, mentor and equip talented youths to emerge as compassionate change leaders of tomorrow.
CEEP is designed for school students in the Eighth and Ninth standards, to help them unleash their latent potential and provide them with the necessary skill set and knowledge to become future leaders. Trained and experienced trainers in their respective fields are groomed to serve as teachers and facilitators to help children develop a purpose in life, self-awareness, life skills, language skills, and logical and reasoning skills. The main focus is to provide 21st-century skill sets for students who are not privy to these productive skills naturally.

Curriculum Highlights
A well-conceived non-academic curriculum of CEEP with 80 modules and 100 instructional hours has been carefully crafted to meet the needs of the twenty-first century and will enable young minds to explore their inner potential and develop them through a series of exposures and experiences under personal mentorship. The curriculum is progressively conceived and highly interactive and engaging. CEEP is a two-year-long training programme. It consists of hundred-hour sessions covering eighty topics grouped under five major domains. Besides that, the children are taken on outbound programmes and camps to give them needed exposure and team spirit. It is in alignment with the concepts shared by the National Education Policy (NEP) where students are equipped to be lifelong learners.
